چکیده

Abstract The large intestine epithelium plays an important role in water absorption and participates fluid, acid-base electrolyte balance, the removal of waste products. is rich microorganism-presented enzyme activity. Apart from energy supply, colon also synthesis trophic factors modulation immune system systemic inflammatory response. current study investigated effects dietary HMB administration to pregnant sows on postnatal development their offspring, at weaning. From 70th 90th day gestation, received either a basal diet (n = 12) or supplemented with dose 0.2 g/kg body weight/day. Maternal treatment increased serum IgG glucose concentrations decreased urea concentration piglets. Basal histomorphometric analysis offspring intestines showed that prenatal led reduction thickness mucosa, submucosa both types myenterons, as well reduced crypt thickness. immunoreaction performed mark T0 lymphocytes total T wall number lymphocytes. Greater expression for cadherin was found piglets delivered by HMB-treated sows. tight junction proteins (occludin claudin-3), leptin, stronger group. Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) submucosal plexuses maternal treated piglets, while no changes were observed myenteric plexuses. results obtained indicate significantly influenced VIP some barrier less influence morphology.
